01. Introduction:
Welcome to OCEANTIDE By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and any applicable guidelines provided by our management team.
02. Services:
We provide digital design services for the community. Services are subject to availability and project acceptance. OCEANTIDE reserves the right to decline any project request or client at our discretion.
03. Payment & Ownership:
Full payment is required unless otherwise specified. Upon delivery and confirmation, ownership and responsibility of the final product transfer to the client. OCEANTIDE is not liable for misuse or client-side issues after delivery.
04. Refunds & Revisions:
Refunds are not provided after work begins, except in cases of internal errors caused by our team. Revisions are allowed during the creation process within the scope of the original order. Once finalized, additional changes are not guaranteed.
05. Intellectual Property:
OCEANTIDE retains ownership of preliminary designs until full payment is received. Rights to the final design are transferred for intended use only. Resale, unauthorized redistribution, or claiming designs as your own is strictly prohibited.
06. Account Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their information submitted. OCEANTIDE is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse of client-side assets or accounts.
07. Policy Updates:
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review them before using our services. Continued use of our production services indicates acceptance of any changes.
08. Package Terms
By purchasing any package from OCEANTIDE you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Non-resale: Packages are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
- Ownership: Packages remain the property of OCEANTIDE; purchase grants a limited license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
- No false attribution: You must not claim authorship or take credit for packages provided by OCEANTIDE.
- Third-party purchases: Buying a package for someone else requires explicit written consent from the Executive Team.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, including revocation of access and other actions determined by the Executive Team. To request written consent or report an issue, contact the Executive Team via our official Discord.
