Providing correct and complete information is essential. OCEANTIDE is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate or missing details. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification through your selected contact method. Please report any issues or discrepancies as soon as possible.
OCEANTIDE maintains ownership of all work unless Full Rights are purchased. Clients may select either a Usage License (source files not included) or Full Rights. After delivery and transfer, OCEANTIDE is not responsible for edits, third-party changes, or ongoing maintenance.
All payments are final once submitted. Cancellations must be agreed upon by both parties. If a client becomes unresponsive, cancellation fees may apply. Failure to resolve outstanding balances can result in service termination.
Clients should confirm satisfaction before final approval. Major redesign requests may be declined. Once the project is finalized and delivered, no further edits will be included. Additional revisions or reworks may require extra payment based on time and scope.
TIDEPlus benefits apply only to new orders placed after joining OCEANTIDE. Previous or active projects do not qualify for TIDEPlus perks.
OCEANTIDE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the Terms of Service before placing an order.
